Sweet Gracie and a visit with old friends

The girls and I ventured to Brandon, MS today to meet Miss Gracie. She was 4 weeks old yesterday and we had not had a chance to meet her yet and we were itching to do so. Suzan and I have been friends since we were Natalie's age so she is like a sister to me. Our friendship has been one that, no matter how long we go without seeing one another, we can always pick right up like we were together yesterday. One is very blessed to have such a friendship.

Both girls managed to get plenty of hands on time today. Poor Gracie. Mom may not be too happy with us later ;)

Not only did we get to see Gracie and Suz, another long time friend that I have not seen in many years was home for the holiday's and came over to Suzan's with her two children and dad to visit. Jen lives in Pennsylvania now so visits with her are few and far between. It was so good to see her and meet her children.
